Starbucks Corp. in California is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, follow store policies, and support staff during busy periods.

As a Starbucks partner, you will coach team members, delegate tasks, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality beverages and food products, and adherence to store safety policies.
