Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead a team, supervise daily store operations, and ensure customers receive high‑quality beverages and service. You will coach partners, manage tasks, and uphold safety, cash handling, and product standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
