Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide a team to serve quality beverages and food, coach staff, and ensure safety and store policies are followed.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to multiple employees while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment.
