Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily cafe operations in a welcoming, community-focused space. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store standards with attention to safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with team members to meet customer needs, handle cash and safety procedures, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment that reflects the Starbucks brand and values.
