Starbucks Coffee Company in North Carolina is seeking a shift supervisor to lead partner teams and deliver the warm, welcoming coffeehouse experience that defines our brand. You’ll coach staff, uphold quality beverages and food to standard recipes, and ensure smooth operation during busy periods.

You will delegate tasks, maintain cash handling and store safety, and foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and teamwork.

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
