Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations with craft and heart, ensuring a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will coach partners, maintain quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and standards on every shift.

This role requires strong teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to guide a small team through peak hours. Flexible availability and reliable attendance are essential for success at our locations in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Six (6) months of experience preparing beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
