Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will ensure quality beverages and food, uphold store standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, managing cash handling, and maintaining a welcoming space for the community. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
