Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the local community.

You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized orders, coach team members, and maintain store safety and cash handling accuracy. This role requires six months of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.
