Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach partners, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage beverage preparation to standard recipes, support cash handling, and uphold store safety and cleanliness during shifts.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of customer-facing experience, ability to delegate tasks, and flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays; ability to follow store policies and safety procedures.
