Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, guiding daily operations, beverage quality, and customer experience in a community-focused store.

The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and aligning with store policies while delivering warmth and a welcoming environment for customers and partners alike.

Qualificações

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfilling requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills; knowledge of the retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks coffeehouse for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, handle cash, and maintain store safety and security.
• Coach team members in beverage preparation and standard recipes, with flexibility for customization.
