Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, delivering quality beverages and food while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the community.

The role emphasizes craft, teamwork, and customer connection, with opportunities to mentor partners and uphold store standards. Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers and the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products, and ensure store safety and cash handling per policies.
