Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Florida is seeking a capable Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced coffeehouse team. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, ensure quality standards, and support a welcoming customer experience during every shift.

You'll manage teammates, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies on cash handling, safety, and service. This is an on-site role requiring flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food to standard recipes or customize as needed.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
