Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, ensuring a warm, welcoming space for the community.

You will coach team members, maintain high standards for food and beverages, and manage service flow with strong communication and a customer-first mindset. The role emphasizes leading by example, coordinating tasks across the team, and maintaining store safety and cash-handling procedures.

• 6 months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and oversee two or more staff.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
