Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure high-quality beverage and food preparation. You will guide team members, uphold safety and cash-handling standards, and maintain a welcoming store environment for customers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach staff during shift operations.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and team collaboration.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to standards for beverages and food preparation.
