Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment and high-quality beverages and food. You will coach team members, delegate tasks, and uphold safety and store policies during all shifts.

Applicants should have at least six months of customer-facing experience, plus ability to direct staff, learn quickly, and communicate effectively in a retail setting. Flexible hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to at least two employees.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes.
