Starbucks Corp. in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, supervise team members, delegate tasks, and coach colleagues to follow standard recipes while maintaining store safety and customer satisfaction.

This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role interacting with customers.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating team duties.
• Direct the work of others and lead with strong communication.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and safety standards.
