Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will guide teammates, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards while delivering warm, connection-driven service.

You will mentor staff, delegate tasks, and coach performance in a fast-paced retail environment, all while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Six months in a customer-facing role with regular interaction.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Lead and delegate tasks to teammates effectively.
• Learn quickly and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and teamwork.
