Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead our team in delivering world-class service in a welcoming store environment. You will coach partners, ensure consistent beverage and food quality, manage cash handling, and uphold store safety and security during shifts.

You will collaborate with team members to meet guest needs, maintain strong relationships within the community, and support a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with Starbucks standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills in a retail environment.
