Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Chicago, IL seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space and consistent beverage quality. You will mentor partners, manage daily operations, handle cash, uphold safety, and drive guest experiences while maintaining store standards.

You will oversee throughput, delegate tasks, and model exemplary service during busy periods, holidays, and weekend shifts, supporting store profitability and culture.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
