Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor who will lead the team with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach staff, and maintain store standards, safety, and guest experience during all shifts.

You will collaborate with partners to deliver outstanding service, manage workflow, and support store operations, adapting to a fast-paced environment while upholding Starbucks values and policies.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum in a customer-facing role with regular interactions and requests from customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more staff.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations and standard food/beverage preparation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or as customized per customer requests.
• Coach team members on beverage and food preparation and service quality.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and security policies; assist with daily store operations.
