Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is hiring a shift supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach baristas, ensure beverage and food quality, and uphold store safety and standards while maintaining a welcoming space for the community. The role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience, ability to delegate tasks to teammates, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
