Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead store operations with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, handle cash, and maintain store safety and policies, while coaching team members and delegating tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to direct others. Flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
