Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will guide a team, monitor beverage and food quality, and maintain store standards across safety and service.

You will coach colleagues, manage tasks, and uphold company policies while working flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. A passion for coffee and community is essential.

Formación

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to train and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to follow recipes and adjust ingredients as needed.
• Strong knowledge of the retail environment and safety practices.
