Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will direct daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold quality beverages and food according to recipes.

With strong communication, retail knowledge, and a focus on safety and attendance, you’ll help drive service excellence across shifts and foster relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Six months in a customer-facing role.
