Starbucks Corp. in Belton, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to ensure every cup meets our standards and creates a welcoming space for the community. You will coach teammates, supervise beverage and food preparation, and maintain store operations with a focus on accuracy, safety, and guest satisfaction.

This role values reliability, quick learning, and teamwork. You will schedule tasks, delegate duties, and communicate clearly with partners and customers.

Qualificações

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Ability to direct the work of others and work as part of a team

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
