Starbucks Coffee Company in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring quality beverages and foods while upholding store standards. You will guide a small team, coach colleagues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

The role requires reliability, early morning or late shifts, and strong teamwork. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and safe, efficient store operations.
