Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily coffeehouse operations, ensuring quality beverages and food while delivering excellent customer service. You will coach staff, delegate tasks, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, flexible availability, and strong communication and teamwork skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating team members.
• Ability to lead and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
