Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, coach team members, and ensure the delivery of quality beverages and food while upholding store safety and cash-handling policies. You’ll drive a welcoming environment and support daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate tasks, and respond quickly to guest requests, all while modeling Starbucks values and maintaining high performance during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Able to train and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
