Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming store environment.

You will coach team members, coordinate tasks for two or more employees, and uphold quality beverages and food while maintaining safety and store standards. The role requires flexible availability and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling, safety, and security.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
