Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a busy store. You will ensure customer satisfaction, supervise baristas and food prep, and maintain store standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and flexible scheduling to cover mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to coach and prepare food/beverages to standard recipes or customer-requested changes.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate a team of 2+ employees.
