Starbucks Corp. in Oregon is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages, and maintain a welcoming store environment for the community. You will coach partners, uphold safety standards, and model our service excellence during busy shifts.

You will work flexible hours, coordinate tasks among team members, handle cash and store procedures, and develop your leadership skills through the company’s growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach teammates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Understand store policies and cash handling.
