Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team and deliver welcoming experiences in our community.

As a partner, you will be responsible for daily operations, training peers, ensuring quality beverages, cash handling, and safety. We offer extensive benefits and development opportunities to support your growth within Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard or customized recipes.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations
