Starbucks Coffee Company in Colorado Springs is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our store. You will coach the team, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment for customers.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to teammates while upholding store policies and safety standards. Competitive benefits accompany this role.
