Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in California is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community. You will ensure quality beverages and food, manage cash handling and safety, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more teammates.

Responsibilities
