Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every coffeehouse is welcoming to the community. The role focuses on quality beverages, food prep, and staff guidance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Candidates should have 6 months in customer-facing roles, flexibility across shifts, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support store operations and safety.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Availability for flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and direct others and build relationships.
