Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in our store with a focus on craft and heart. You will manage customer experiences, uphold quality beverages and food, and coach teammates to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities include directing the work of others, maintaining safety and store standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for the community during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
