Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team in delivering high-quality beverages and food in a welcoming store environment. You will coach and delegate tasks, ensuring adherence to recipes, store policies, safety and cash handling, while building positive relationships with customers and partners.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication to maintain exceptional service during all shifts.
