Starbucks Coffee Company in Champaign, IL is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our coffeehouse with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will manage daily store operations, ensure quality beverages and food, handle cash, and train and delegate tasks to team members.

A minimum of six months in a customer-facing role, flexible hours including early mornings and holidays, and strong communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate work for two or more colleagues.
• Knowledge of store safety and security policies.
