Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position with constant customer interaction.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to direct the work of others; strong communication and teamwork.
