Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming store environment. You will coach partners, ensure quality beverage and food preparation, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring prior team leadership and strong communication skills, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that required constant interaction with customers.
• Ability to coach others and delegate tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Knowledge of retail environment and store safety procedures.
