Shift supervisor - Store #09683, VAN NUYS & MICHAELS, Starbucks. Panorama City, CA. Join us and inspire with every cup. As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will be a role model of store operations standards that define the Starbucks Experience. You will lead each shift, working alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products, in an energetic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift and guide the team to deliver quality beverages and food products.
• Maintain an encouraging team environment and positively influence others.
• Uphold store operations standards and provide an uplifting experience for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year (preferred).
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.
