Starbucks Coffee Company in the United States seeks a shift supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach teammates, delegate tasks, and maintain store safety and quality while delivering warm, responsive service.
