Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and foster a warm, welcoming coffeehouse. You will guide partners, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain store safety while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have six months of frontline customer interaction experience and can work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends. You will coach teammates and help execute standard recipes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Six months in a role with constant customer interaction.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to prepare and coach beverage/food to standard recipes and customize as needed.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating multiple people.
