Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every guest experiences a welcoming atmosphere. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, manage cash handling, and model store safety and teamwork.

You will direct and coach a team, coordinate tasks for two or more partners, and adapt to flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to direct the work of others and delegate tasks.
• Experience coaching food and beverage prep to standard recipes.
