Starbucks Coffee Company in the United States invites a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality beverages and food, and create a welcoming space for the community.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, maintain store policies, handle cash, and uphold safety while working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; this role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Formación

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
