Starbucks Coffee Company in Colorado Denver seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide team members, coach beverage and food preparation, and uphold store safety and cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth service.
