Starbucks Coffee Company in Miami is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team on shift, ensuring every beverage and food item meets quality standards and safety guidelines. You will coach partners, manage tasks, and maintain a welcoming store environment for customers and communities.

You will provide strong leadership, direct work, and coordinate activities with a focus on service excellence, teamwork, and adherence to store policies during varied shifts in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
