Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to make our coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will supervise daily operations and ensure quality beverages and food while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires six months of customer-facing experience, the ability to direct others, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to store safety.
