Starbucks Coffee Company in Boca Raton, FL seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment and outstanding customer service.

You will coach baristas, oversee food and beverage prep to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and uphold store policies while supporting team growth.
