Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach partners, and ensure a welcoming store environment in North Carolina. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, uphold quality standards, and manage team tasks with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
